Shake well. Any sediment that collects at the bottom is completely natural, as this is a natural product.

  • Adults and Children over 4 years: 1 tsp (5 ml), 1-2 times per day.
  • Children Ages 1-4: 1/2 tsp. (2.5 ml), 1-2 times per day.

Worked great

I got this to take while pregnant since I was anemic. I took this every other day and it was very effective. This did not constipate me at all and my level (hemoglobin) went up tremendously and my doctor was happy about it!

I wish I could rate it higher… but my baby refuses it.

My one year old needs iron and I thought I should give this a try. He won’t even go near it. He doesn’t drink anything but water from bottles or cups, and he’s refused it with a syringe. Will scream and cry. I think it tastes metallic to him and smells funny. Poor guy hasn’t gotten his iron and I feel awful it went to waste.
