Shake well. Any sediment that collects at the bottom is completely natural, as this is a natural product.
Dose 1 time 30 minutes before bedtime. May be taken straight, or added to breastmilk, formula, water, or your child’s favorite drink. May dosed up to 4 times daily, as needed.
