According to The Academy of Pediatrics (AAP):
Exclusively and Partially Breastfed Infants: 400IU daily (one drop).
Infants and Children: 400IU daily (one drop).
Ages 12 and up: 2,000IU daily (5 drops), or consult your health care professional.
*If vitamin D deficient, higher dosages may be necessary, so take as directed by your healthcare professional.
