Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Site.
By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Site.
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through Dr. Green Mom (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card information, mailing address, email address, and/or other relevant personal information.
None of the items for sale come with specific health claims. No item is intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any disease, or affect any specific condition. Products should be purchased, if necessary, after a consultation with a qualified health professional. It is solely your responsibility to understand if any products could interact with your diet, medication, etc. and we take no responsibility for your use or misuse of these products.
Operators of this site are medical professionals, however they cannot answer health questions via email or chat. No product recommendations provided to you, based on your specific requests, constitute medical advice. No product description constitutes medical advice.

Orders come with tracking and usually ship in flat rate boxes or envelopes.

Our Service may contain links to third party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Dr. Green Mom. Dr. Green Mom has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.
You further acknowledge and agree that Dr. Green Mom shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
If you need to cancel your order after it is placed, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP. Most orders are fulfilled (boxed and shipped) within 12 hours, so prompt contact is needed.
If you contact us before your order has been assigned a tracking number, we will refund you in full and cancel your order.
If you contact us after your order has been shipped, upon return of the package back to us at your cost for shipping, and package unopened, we will refund the total cost of your order, minus a 20% restocking fee of your order’s total + any shipping fees.
We do NOT allow single item returns in a bundle. You must return the entire bundle, unopened, within 30 days to receive your refund, minus shipping and restocking.
Returns and Exchanges
Dr. Green Mom accepts returns under the following conditions:
- Unopened products, within 30 days of purchase
- Products with a defect/issue
If you need to return an unopened product, please contact us to ship it back. Customer pays shipping unless the product had an issue that was our fault. There is a 20% restocking fee of the total cost of the order if customer rather return the product, not exchange.
In the case where it has been more than 30 days since the product was received (counted from time it arrived at your location, not from pick-up time or time the package was opened), products that are not damaged cannot be returned. Our products have a shelf life and cannot be resold after a certain point.
If a product is defective, please email us pictures of the product issue to email@example.com. If a product has broken or spilled during shipping, we require these pictures to be able to send your replacement product. Once we have talked to you, we will ship out a replacement product within 3 business days. If there is any delay (i.e. if the product is out of stock), we will contact you to make arrangements or issue a refund only if we cannot send a replacement.

There is a restocking fee of 20% (total order cost) + the cost of original shipping for ANY/ALL subsequent cancelled/returned subscription orders if past renewal. It is up to you to cancel a subscription membership 24 hours prior to the renewal date with which you agree to on your initial subscription invoice.
